Job responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash needs.
- Execute strategies to optimize cash utilization and maintain liquidity.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services.
- Oversee the company's debt obligations and interest payments.
- Assist in the management of short-term and long-term investments.
- Identify and assess financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Prepare regular reports on cash positions and cash forecasts.
- Provide insights into cash flow trends and variances.
- Implement and maintain treasury systems for efficient cash management.
- Streamline and improve treasury processes for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting treasury functions.
- Conduct financial analysis related to treasury activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Treasury Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and treasury management systems.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
